This solution provides proactive Project Management including contractor selection, frequent inspections, progress reporting and support resolving issues on site.
Building Project Management ‘B’
PM Level B is intended to provide additional support and checks and balances over and above that offered by level A.
We will support the client in selection of the primary building contractor via an open tender process.
We will ensure the contractor’s schedule of work is as complete as can be with a minimum of three weeks ahead detailed planning.
We will produce a regular client report describing recent progress made, to include progress made with any unresolved issues.
We will make inspections before the arrival of Building Control inspectors and will actively contribute to technical problem resolution on site until “Certificate of Completion” is awarded.
All the above support is covered for just 5% of the projected build cost.
