Building Project Management ‘A’
PM Level A is intended to provide a client with peace of mind when
Elegant Design is not actively managing a project.
We will ensure that the contractor’s schedule of work includes key target dates, inc completion date with agreed work payment milestones clearly indicated from the outset.
We will attend the project site to confirm payment milestones have been reached by measurement of the work before funds are transferred to the builder by the client. This will ensure that payments are synchronised with the work completed on your specific project, and that the quality of workmanship and materials used throughout meet the required specifications.
That’s real Peace of Mind for 3% of the projected build cost.
