The Problem

There will be hundreds of finishes, thousands of combinations and dozens of moods to work through for each new space. How do you quickly skim through enough ideas of how the finished areas might look, so as not to limit your choices? Your ideas also need time to incubate and evolve to achieve a high level of definition, so that others can deliver the final outcome for you. This is where we can help.

 

The Solution

There is now an effective and fun-to-use solution to this dilemma. We can support all areas of ‘finishing’ around the home from reception rooms, including multi-room music systems and home cinema rooms, kitchen-dining areas, bathrooms, bedrooms and outdoor patio areas.

 

How the Serenity Project Completion Service works.

 

For each of the themes or areas where you need support from Serenity, we capture your thoughts, initial ideas, likes and dislikes to focus the initial searches. These are sure to change and evolve along the way.

1) We produce for you a “book of ideas” made up of high quality images we’ve selected for you to browse through, all aligned to your initial requirements. (See example below, granted permission to use image).

2) We then share the “idea book” with you either face to face or by your logging on to the on-line service.

3) You help us to “get” your vision by deleting the bad ideas from the collection.  

4) After discovering with you why those remaining have appeal, we can fine tune the search and dig deeper.

This is a fun way to refine and communicate your ideas very quickly and efficiently and enables us to make rapid progress in the search for the ideal products and services you need to complete “the look” you expect.

 

We’ll organise demonstrations, showroom visits, samples and quotes for the finishing works or equipment on your behalf, and identify installers familiar with the products or materials ordered.
