Larger house extensions and new build homes designs are still covered by the usual planning permission process and application form.

 

 

Planning Permission for new houses and larger extensions.

It takes most planning depts 6 - 8 weeks for the proposed designs to be approved, providing there are no objections by the council or received from neighbours close to the development.

If neighbours object, the application will be assessed by a reviewing panel. We’ve had considerable success dealing with obstacles of this nature and would expect your project designs to be accepted once suitably and subtly amended second time around.
